Welcome! I'm a wife, mother, grandmother, educator, home chef, beekeeper, and gardener with a passion for creating wholesome, homemade meals. My love for fresh, healthy food starts in the garden and ends at your table. Through my catering business, I specialize in providing nourishing, delicious lunches for lunch and learn events—perfect for feeding minds and bodies alike. Whether it's a small team or a large group, I bring a personal touch and a commitment to quality in every bite.
I've used UnBEEievable Acres for numerous luncheons. The food is always delicious and well portioned, and Lori makes it so easy to order.
Lori catered quite a few of our Lunch & Learns. The day I had it she brought in Calzones that were to die for. The portion size was huge and so delicious!

UnBEElievable Acres catered our January board meeting, and exceeded our expectations in every way. Despite snowy roads and bitter cold temperatures, the food arrived right on time—and most importantly, it was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious.
We enjoyed a wonderful spread featuring bacon-lettuce-tomato and chicken caprese sandwiches on homemade sourdough, a crisp chopped salad, fresh fruit, and a homemade cookie. Everything was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and thoughtfully portioned. What really sets UnBEElievable Acres apart is the personal touch behind the food. Knowing it’s made by someone who is passionate about fresh, healthy ingredients makes the experience even more special. It was the perfect lunch for a working meeting.
